YORK Lloyd D. Pottorff, 82, of York, died at 11 p.m. Tuesday at his home. He was the ex-husband of Pearl (Lohss) Rohrbaugh.

The service will be private. Burial will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery. The Baumeister, Orcutt & Small Mortuaries Inc., South Queen and Jackson streets, York, is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Pottorff was born March 26, 1912 in Adams County. He was the son of the late I. Wesley and Alverta (Wolf) Pottorff.

He retired from Maple Press and was the former owner of Central Bowling Lanes in York. He was a member of York Bowlers Hall of Fame, the Viking Athletic Association and the Veterans of Foreign Wars West York Post. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, serving with Gen. George Patton.

Mr. Pottorff also is survived by a son, Barry M. Pottorff of York; three grandchildren; and a brother, Howard E. Pottorff of York.

Officiating at the service will be the Rev. Leonard R. Klein, pastor of Christ Lutheran Church. 10-11-94
